engaged in design,development and construction.
We are builders of luxury residential and commercial
properties, including renovations, additions and tenant improvements.

We are also engaged in spec. home projects,
fix and flip projects including building and land
acquisition for above projects.

Our service further includes complete permit process,expediting,
obtaining clearances from various city agencies are offered
to Architects, Engineers, Developers, Brokers, and home owners.

Mende Dhugga is the founder and President of
Ascent Building Consultants LLC.

Education: BS in Architectural Engineering from USC

Experience : Worked as an Building Plan Check Engineer with
Los Angeles City ,Building Dept. for over ten years.

Started her own company designing and building Luxury homes,
tract homes, spec. homes, fix and flip, land development with
zone change and subdivisions, renovations and additions.
Our work also includes commercial tenant improvements for retail space, office, clinics and restaurants.
