Land development, feasibility study, conceptual design. Specializing in
CITY APPROVAL PERMIT PROCESSING AND EXPEDITING.

Research with appropriate City Department regarding existing building
records, proposed design restriction, zoning and permitted uses
planning cases, ordinances, effectuation/clearance, various agency clearances as required for building permits including Public Work Grading & Geology Dept.

City Planning and Zoning clearances under ZA/ZV/CUB, Clearances from Green building, LID sanitation dept, fire dept. health dept, septic tanks, certificate of compliance and any other permit related issues.

Mende Dhugga has developed a vast knowledge of building code requirements and dealing with city with her past experience of working as plan check engineer with building department and independently working in design, construction field thereafter.
